HeartWalkers was a 12 week classroom-based program designed to increase physical activity and nutritional awareness
Participants developed their own individual exercise and nutritional plans and learned to overcome barriers.
Concentration was more on your personal lifestyle activities than on sports or typical exercise regimens.
Participants in HeartWalkers were individuals who were looking to begin a process of living a longer and healthier life through increased physical activity.
